American Askan Handing Out Free Tickets To Meron

Complimenting the tremendous ‘hachnasos orchim’ and ‘Chayey Rotel mashke’ in Meron, there is also someone that is sponsoring tickets to the great hilula Meron.

ican organization, ‘Zare Derashbi’ is handing out free tickets to Meron this year. The organization specializes in helping out people in unique ways, like handing out free vouchers for sweets prior to Yomim Tovim, and other non-typical special ways of helping people out.

Now they are handing out 100 NIS per person for thousands of people towards purchasing tickets to go to Meron on lag baomer; with an emphasis on those that will be celebrating a chalaka this year in Meron.

“Bechadrei Chareidim” was told that the man behind the project is an American asken who supports large families in Israel in various ways.

The handouts are usually done through Kehillos and Kollelim and by means of a contact person there, especially with families identified with the Eida Chareidis Kehillos, like Toldos Aron, Dushinski, Satmer and the like.

The organization originally planned on handing out pre-purchased tickets through one bus company, however, at the end it was decided to hand out cash in order to accommodate the many people that travel to Meron with their own chassidus.

With the envelope containing the 100 NIS for the ride, recipients are asked to daven at the Tzion for Nechemyah Ben Malka Rachel Lezivug Hagon- Dovid Asher Anshel Ben Rivkah Devorah Lehatslacha bechol ha’enyanim.
