BD”H: Body Of Missing Swimmer Found

The body of one of the missing swimmers who disappeared in the Kineret during a strong wind storm a few days ago, was found last night.

Nachman Itach Z’’L ,21, from Beiter Illit was one of the three swimmers who disappeared while swimming on the Levanon beach a few days ago, his body was found and identified last night.

Two other people also went missing when strong winds pounded the Kineret beach, liron Kradi Z’’L, 17, from Netanya whose body was already found, and Itamar Uchna Z’’L, 19, from Kiryat Shemona who is still missing.

“There was always a smile on his face 24/7” says Yanun Bar-Nachman to “Bechadrei Chareidim”, describing his friend Nachman Itach. “If a friend needed help to move an apartment or anything like that he knew he can always ask Nachman Z’’L. He was always the address for everyone”.

Yanun went on to describe Nachman Z’’L as positive and caring, “Precious Nachman, he had a heart of gold, he loved every Jew, and more than once I heard him exclaim there is none like ‘AM Yisroel’ he was a pure child”.

“He went to vacation at the Kineret like tens of thousands of others his age, and unfortunately he was nifter there.”

Yanun shared with “Bechadrei Chareidim” that he and Nachman would take weekly Shabbos walks together in Beiter Illit, “I would meet up with him and he would shake my hand, sometimes even give me a small hug and tell me Shabbat Shalom with a smile that can’t even be described”.

Nachman Z’’L comes from a chashov Breslov home “A family that all of Beiter knows as Balei Chesed, it’s no wonder that he was such a bal chesed himself”.
The Levaya of Nachman Itach Z’’L will be held today (Tuesday) at 12:00 at Har Hamenuchos.
