Senior Doctor At Mayenei Hayeshua Hospital: “We are Seeing progress”
Head of intensive care unit in Mayenei Hayeshuah Hospitel, Professor Eliyahu Sorkin shared with “Bechadrei Chareidim”: “the Rosh Yeshiva’s situation is stable and we are B’’H seeing improvement, I believe within three days the Rosh Yeshivah will be transferred to a regular ward”

The Oilam hatorah is continuing to follow with great concern the situation of the Rosh Yeshivah, Maran hagaon R’ A’’L Shteineman Shlit’’a, who is still hospitalized in Mayeni Hayeshuah hospital in Bnei Brak.
There has B’’H been an improvement in the Rosh Yeshiva’s condition and he was able to sit down in a sofa in his room, this morning. The Rosh Yeshiva also managed to daven shachris vesikin, as is his usual custom.
Doctors are satisfied with the progress and are optimistic that he will soon be released.
Speaking to “Bechadrei Chareidim”, professor Eliyahu Sorkin who heads the Intensive care unit in Mayeni Hayeshua hospital says, “the Rosh Yeshivah’s situation has improved and is stable, we are B’’H seeing progress.
However, at the moment we still can’t discharge the Rosh Yeshivah or even transfer him to a regular ward. His situation still calls for close observation”.
“I am assuming that he will be transferred to a regular ward in about three days”.
The tsibur is still asked to daven for Maran Hagaon R’ Yehudah Leib Ben Gittel Faiga lerfuah sheleymah.
