IDF Arrests Arabs Selling Gasoline To Terrorists

The IDF carried seven arrests overnight (Motsei Shabbos) in Yehuda and Shomron. Six out of the seven arrested are wanted for being involved in terror activity perpetrated against civilians and IDF soldiers.

Also arrested last night were two suspected terrorists from the Arab town of Nachlin, located in the Etzion regional council. The two were involved in arsons throughout the entire sector. As well, the IDF is taking additional steps against Arab gas-station owners that are selling gasoline to terrorists.

Taking place in Chveron: Because of the Torah reading of parshas Chayey Sarah this past shabbos, the last two days has seen thousands of visitors coming to the Me’aras Hamachpeyla. Throughout the weekend mispalelim were permitted to daven in areas that are usually closed off to Jews during the year, including Ohel Yitschok. There are ten times a year that Jews are allowed to Daven anywhere in the entire May’rah, one of them being Shabbos Chayey Sarah. Over the last few days 25,000 mispalelim visited the meares hamachpeylah and a special tour was organized through the casba, chevrons ancient shuk with the participation of 2,500 people.
