Belz Returning To The Stadium: Wedding at Arnah
Historic decision in Belz: First time ever, a special tent will not be erected for the Rebbe’s granddaughter’s wedding, instead the wedding will take place in Arnah stadium in Yerushalayim, same place Belz recently held their Hisvadus Hayovel. First being reported here: After hosting the past three grand weddings of the Belzer Chassidus in a huge tent set up in Kiryat Belz. The Chassidus will now celebrate its fourth wedding, in Arnah Stadium in Yerushalayim.
Shared with “Bechadrei chareidim” due to the security complications that usually arise as well as the tremendous costs in setting up the huge tent, it was decided to celebrate the wedding at the Arna stadium.
The chassidus will now be returning to the stadium for the second time, since the Hisvaddus Hayovel was just held there last Ader.
As previously reported, the Hisvaddus succeed far more than anticipated and the new experience gained promoted the Belzer Askanim to decide on hosting the upcoming wedding (in Sivan) at the same place.
The Askanim claim that the stadium is preferred both from a logistic and preparation point of view.
As in the past, the Chupa will Still be held at Kikar Belz. Along with the new changes, the wedding expense and the events surrounding it will be minimized.
