How Do You Say ‘Email’ in Yiddish?
In Yiddish, with many of its Hebrew words, how would you say “email”? Or “designated driver”?

Those words came into common language long after the Jews of Eastern Europe and the garment workers of the Lower East Side that chose learned speech for writers. Although the Holocaust and assimilation have narrowed Yiddish usage, Yiddish yet needs up-to-date terms.
The first full-fledged English-to-Yiddish dictionary has been published in 50 years.
