FBI Director said Clinton Testified Falsely under Oath

According to a Fox News report Comey appeared before the House oversight committee where he said, that Clinton's email practices put America's secrets at risk and her actions were the" definition of carelessness."

Comey defended the bureau's decision not to pursue charges. He said, "We have no basis to conclude that [Clinton] lied to the FBI." But he agreed that lying under oath is a felony. Some Republicans plan to request an investigation into some statements she made last October before the House Benghazi committee. During that hearing Clinton said that nothing she sent or received (using her private server instead of the protected one she should have been using as Secretary of State) had been marked as classified.

Comey said, "That's not true…There was classified material emailed. " And regarding her claims that she handed over all her work related emails he said," No, we found work-related emails, thousands that were not returned."

Re. Mark Meadows said, "It's apparent that she lied to the American people."
A number of democrats on the committee said that Clinton may not have noticed or understood that classified markings in some of the emails. Comey said that the question exists that perhaps Clinton was not "sophisticated enough" to know then what a particular classified marking meant.
