Netanyahu Pays Chacham Shalom a Shiva Call

Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu paid Chacham Shalom a shiva call Friday. He arrived under heavy security escort.
Netanyahu said," I heard wonderful things about your righteous wife, that she dedicated herself to the Torah and to the needs of others."

Chacham Shalom answered," Hashem knows that I pray for your success daily. You are doing great things and Hashem watches over you. You were given a great responsibility to be the Prime Minister, use your position to continue doing great things.

"The tribe of Binyamin was giving the area of the Mikdash as part of his inheritance- your name in Binyamin and you were appointed over the Makom Hamikdash and the Kotel. Continue watching over the Western Wall so that it remains holy."

The Chacham also asked Netanyahu to watch over the maintain the sanctity of Shabbos in the public realm. Netnayahu answered that he is working on it.
