Jonathan Wienke who works as an analyst in the Office of Intelligence and Analysis was caught entering the building with a gun, knife, pepper spray, handcuffs and an infrared camera.

The Homeland Security building has a security level on par with the Pentagon and the White House. Wienke's backpack was randomly searched and found to contain a folding knife, pepper spray, two hand – held radios, handcuffs, and an infrared camera.
