Three days have passed since the death of the charity collector from Jerusalem, Rabbi Mordechai Halevi Weiss z"l, in Stamford Hill, London on the afternoon of Wednesday, and the local authorities still refuse to release the body for burial.

Consequently, the Kedasya Beis Din in London, published on Friday a call on the public to pray for the release of the body. Dayanim of Kedasya also call on the public to arrive on Monday morning at the court and demand the release of the body.

R' Yossel Goldstein, who hosted Rabbi Mordechai Weiss z"l, said that on Sunday night his guest went back to the hostel and on his way tripped and fell, and was severely wounded in the head. Since the fall, the deceased was unconscious, and on Wednesday he returned his soul to its Creator.

According to local practice, the hospital releases the body only after doctors determined the cause of death, in most cases doctors make do with an X-ray and do not require an autopsy. In this case, doctors agreed that the cause of death was a fall and hitting his head, but one Russian doctor recognized for her anti-Semitic tendencies, decided to require an autopsy, arguing that the doctors do not know the cause of the fall, and whether it was caused by a stroke or a heart attack.

Last Friday, a court hearing was held, which offered the doctor to give up her demand or agree to an X-ray only, but she demanded to bring the matter before the Supreme Court, where the hearing will take place on Monday.

If the body is released, it will brought to burial after almost a week
