Shas South: "In these days there is no coalition and opposition"

Against the looming war between the Gaza Strip and the ongoing rocket fire mainly on communities in the South, Shas went out today (Wednesday) for a work tour and strengthening southern cities.
The tour opened in the city of Ashdod, where the party held a meeting at City Hall along with local representatives of Shas.
Shas Chairman Aryeh Deri said during a faction meeting: "I met with the Prime Minister and told him in the name of Shas we strengthen the government; there is no opposition and coalition."
"I'm impressed," Deri said, "the Cabinet and the Prime Minister act judiciously. Sovereign state cannot allow terrorist groups to conduct her life, we must cut off the head of the snake, and that each Hamas member will know his life is in danger."
Then, the mayor gave a broad overview to the members of the Knesset on current preparation in the city. Later the members of the faction together with Avi Amsellem went on a city tour of educational institutions some of which are in trailers, and are under greater risk. Also the project for children of the city was presented to them – a car which will tour the city for Special Studies and distribute manuals for the children in the shelters.
Then, the members of the Knesset went to the city of Ashkelon, where they patrolled the Barzilai Hospital and from there went to Sderot and other communities.
Meanwhile, Shas Chairman instructed to remove from the agenda distrust proposals submitted by the Shas party, and called on all parties to do so.
