Since early this morning (Wednesday), open Arab riots in Beit Hanina, Shu'afat, Ras al-Amud, Silwan and Pisgat Zeev. After learning that the body of a young Arab teen of about 17 was found burned in the Jerusalem woods, and raised suspicion that it was an incident that was committed by Jewish nationalists.
Hundreds of Arabs are rioting and throwing stones and four pipe bombs at security forces in these neighborhoods, and the entry of citizens to place is blocked by the police.
The damage caused, light rail stations in Beit Hanina, a - Sahl and Shu'afat severely damaged, and one of them was even burned.
Police practice restraint against protesters and are seeking to reassure them. Riots were not followed by arrests. At Merkaz Klal in Jerusalem a municipal guard asked to check a young Arab, and in response attacked him. Police force called to the scene stopped him for questioning. The security guard was not injured.

Due to events, track light railway runs from Mount Herzl Brief to Ammunition Hill Station in both directions. In addition there is a shuttle service, by the light rail stations Ammunition Hill and Hamivtar Hill both directions.
Egged buses operate normally.
Ammunition Hill can be reached from Pisgat Ze'ev and Neve Ya'akov by regular bus lines:
Line 66 - Pisgat Ze'ev - station on Route 1 in front of the Ammunition Hill station.
Lines 22, 65 - Pisgat Ze'ev - Ammunition Hill Station and the intersection of Sderot Eshkol.
Lines 25, 45 - Ammunition Hill Station and the intersection of Sderot Eshkol.
Larger articulated buses available to passengers and operate as usual in both directions.
