First time since chairman of Yad Sarah, Rabbi Uri Lupolianksi was judged to an unusual and hard verdict of six years imprisonment, the Eideh Haredi also referred to the case.
During the talk given by Hagaon Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch, on Wednesday at the Hall residence in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem, he referred to the cruelty and the laws of the courts.
"This week as we have said, 'This is the law, should be strengthened in turn, we have seen this week courts and judges who see a Jew with cancer collecting of money for charity, and says to be seated in prison, what cruelty.
"It shows us, we are going to talk to the courts that they have a law, but the laws have no sentences, as it is written (Psalm Km"z c), "the judges also their sentences they do not have. We strengthened the Torah that we face God for separated us from the misguided, differentiated us from those wrongdoers, and gave us the Torah of truth and planted eternal life within us, and then we will with God redemption Amen soon".
