British minister visited Ohr Elchanan: "Anti-Semite - is insane"
Eric Felix, a minister and a member of the British Cabinet in charge of minority groups in the country, visited Yeshiva Ohr Elchanan had a long conversation with yeshiva staff

"Whoever commits an act of anti-Semitic is insane," said a member of the British Cabinet minister Eric Felix, director of minority groups in the UK and integration in British society, to Rosh Yeshiva Ohr Elchanan Rabbi Moshe Mordechai Chadash at the meeting held last Thursday in Yeshiva Or Elchanan in Jerusalem.
Minister, came to the meeting to understand firsthand the importance of learning Torah for the Jewish people. Visiting participated alongside the Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Naftali Grossnass Ram at the yeshiva, the son of Rabbi Aharon Leib Grossnass who served as Rabbi of London.
After hearing the house of study and received explanations about the nature of Torah study, the minister and British Embassy staff designed the meeting at the Rosh Yeshiva's home. From the Rosh Yeshiva's window the guest looked out at Ramallah and received explanations from the guest how the Palestinians are close to Jerusalem.
Further Rosh Yeshiva raised concern concerning the peace of the kidnapped and moral obligation of all states to do everything to return them home safely. Likewise Rosh Yeshiva raised the alarming increase in the discovery of anti-Semitism in Europe and the trend to legislate against the existence of the Torah, circumcision and traditional Jewish ritual slaughter.
In response the Minister said that it is not inconceivable that something goes tradition for thousands of years and is a cornerstone of the lifestyle of the Jewish people could not continue to exist. I personally abhor anti-Semitism and there is no doubt that whoever commits them is insane, the Minister said.
