Kabbalist Rabbi Yaakov Ades (49) was hospitalized on Erev Shabbos at the Shaarei Tzedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, after not feeling well.
Associate of the Rabbi with a message to Behadrey Haredim that the Rabbi fasted during the last week, for the safety of the three yeshiva students kidnapped and that was not feeling well and suffering from dehydration.
"Since hearing about the kidnapping Rabbi held incessant prayers or their safety and at the large rally at the Western Wall prayer and received the kingdom of Heaven," he said.
Near the start of Shabbos the Rabbi was evacuated from Yeshivat Hashalom in Jerusalem, where he is living, to Shaare Zedek Hospital, and was admitted for treatment and observation.
During prayers on Shabbos the Rabbi fainted but his condition is considered good.
