Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky mission to Hgray"l Steinman: hold the Hgr"a lot to find the kidnapped

Concerning the Hgr"a lot, Hgray"l responded, why are there agunot, should we hold the Hgr"a lot for the agunot? This means that not everything can ... and we must pray that God will return the boys safely.
