Uri and Iris Yifrach, parents of abducted Israeli yeshiva student Eyal, went last night (Tuesday), to the residence of the Rebbe of Tzanz in Netanya, to get a brocha.
Family members, residents of Elad, were accompanied by Pinchas Gross, member of the local council, who has supported the family throughout this difficult time.
The Rebbe respected the parents, asking them to sit next to him in his reception desk and strengthening them with warm words. The mother Iris cried to the Rebbe and asked: "Please bless me that I will get to dance at the wedding of my son."
The Rebbe replied: "Only at the time of Honi Hame'agel were there tzaddikim on this level who could assure in such a way. But our strong faith in G-d," he continued,"will certainly be in the merit of the family that the hopes will be realized.
"I went to pray for you and for your son," the Rebbe continued, "both at my father's grave the 'Shefa Chaim' zt"l and at the Western Wall."
He further added: "This is a trouble for Klal Yisroel. The fact that there are three hostages makes it into a 'tzibbur' and a special issue and special pain, but it is clear that each one is a pain in himself."
After words of encouragement for 20 minutes, the Rebbe blessed them: "May we see each other only in joy."
The boys' names for prayer and rachmei shomayim: Yaakov Naftali ben Rachel Devorah. Gilad Michael ben Bat-galim. Eyal ben Irris Tshura. May Hashem accept the prayers of the public.
