European Commission President Jose Manuel Roseau arrived this morning (Sunday) for a surprise visit at Gab"d Eideh Haredi, Hgri"t Weiss home in Gush Shmonim in Jerusalem.
President came accompanied by the town cars and limo vehicle and large police forces at Gab"d.
The rabbi spoke during the visit when he lived in Europe up until 11 years ago, and on this occasion Gab"d asked him to act for Orthodox Jews across Europe that they won't be disrupted by such decrees subject to slaughter and circumcision.
During the discussion that lasted nearly three quarters of an hour the rabbi asked him to take care to preserve the cemeteries scattered throughout Europe.
As is well known Gab"d speaks 6 languages so he could find a common language with the president.
The visit was accompanied by Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira and busyness Matityahu Cheshin President Van Rompuy came to visit institutions of Shomrei Hachamos.
