"Eini yorda mayim al shever bat ami". Hundreds of sifrei kodesh went up in flames to the heavens together with the magnificent synagogue established on the Trans-Israel Highway 6.

About a year ago, Chabad emissary Rabbi Shmuel Rosenberg, who served as the rabbi of the synagogue and merited thousands of Jews with Mitzvos - tefillin, blessings, prayers and thanks – recruited me to the important Mitzvah of founding the shull.

I came with the purpose to help the Jews who were making their way northwards on the roads and need to rest, stop and pray. Together we raised hundreds of thousands of shekels which were a stone and pillar to set up a place of Torah and prayer. So we brought ten pairs of tefillin, over a thousand sifrei kodesh in all areas of Torah and Judaism, yarmulkas, tzitizis and other ritual objects, as befits the house of Hashem.

Chazal say "And I will be to them as a little temple - these are synagogues and Batei Midrash." Today when we do not have the Beis Hamikdosh, the synagogue serves as the place of the shchina (Divine Presence), in which Hashem supposedly rests and expects the prayers of the people of Israel.

Rabbi Rosenberg , rabbi of the synagogue, turned the place into a most active one, and tens of thousands of Jews enjoyed over the past year an orderly place for prayer, on the outskirts of the road, on the way north. How many rights does this place have. How many "Amen yehe shemei raba" were said in this holy place, and now it is all up in flames, turned into ashes, with the decree of Heaven.

When I heard on Saturday night the terrible harsh news and about the burning sacred place, with its tefillin and books, the holy books, I picked up the phone to the rabbi and told him: We will build it all over again, we will prove to everyone that you can not beat the voice of Torah and prayer. Along with generous people of Israel we will enlist with renewed strength to rebuild the synagogue, buy tefillin and sifrei kodesh and benefit hundreds of thousands of Jews with Mitzvos and tefillah.

With G-d's help we will turn every stone and re-recruit with the support of the people of Israel the huge amount of the building of the shull, from the start.
