Real estate Company B. Yair, one of the largest in the market ran into trouble, and the stock market crashed today (Tuesday) at 21%
B. Yair one of the largest real estate in the market with many projects, especially in the Jerusalem area, encountered difficulties and heavy circulation fell more than 100 average last month.
The company builds projects for haredim, led by a huge project at Bet Shemesh, most of which have been marketed, and the project, Chen Ayelot in Givat Ze'ev.
Due to the uncertainty that accompanies today the functioning of the company, economic experts are concerned that the company might encounter complicate management which will cause the Company's ability to complete the projects in which it is involved.
