Mourning in Satmar: mythological meshamesh died
Harav Hachossid R' Azriel Glick zt"l passed away at the age of 88 • served the Vayoel Moshe and Barech Moshe

Baruch Dayan Ha'emes: in Kiryat Yoel Monroe, the elderly Rabbi Azriel Glick zt"l, Msb"k of Satmar Rebbes, passed away at the age of 88.
Harav Azriel Glick served the Rebbe Vayoel Moshe of Satmar zy"a for nearly thirty years, and also served as the personal shamash of the Rebbe the Barech Moshe of Satmar zt"l and his son the current Satmar Rebbe.
Rabbi Glick was known for his phenomenal memory, fascinated with his stories and memoirs the audience of Satmar at the yartzeit of Rebbes, especially on Rescue Day of 21st Kislev.
About four years ago he arrived for a historic visit to Israel, a huge reception was held in his honor and Rabbi Glick addressed in Batei Midrash and related his memoirs of Rebbes.
Satmar received the news of his death with great sadness. His wife A"H of second marriage died three weeks ago.
The funeral left on Monday morning at 9:00 am (New York time) from the large Beis Midrash of Satmar in Williamsburg through his home in Kiryat Yoel, Monroe, to the cemetery in Kiryat Yoel where he will be buried in the new section.
May his soul be bound in the bond of life.
