Hgrb"m Ezrahi: "Kiryat Sefer - city which is a yeshiva"

Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Ateres Yisroel and member of the Council of Torah Sages of Degel HaTorah, Hagaon Rabbi Baruch Mordechai Ezrahi, spent Shabbos in Modi'in Illit, and thousands of city residents flocked to his shiurim and droshas over Shabbos.

Hgrb"m spoke on Friday night at the central Beis Midrash on Sdei Hemed Street and thousands of residents flocked to the place.

Hgrb"m stressed in his talk that when asking for a blessing 'to be a gadol', this is not only a requqest, but each one should strive for it.

Afterwards, an Oneg Shabbos was held for graduates of the yeshiva at the home of Rabbi Eliezer Sverdlov.

Hagrb"m davened at at the Yotzei Yeshivas Chevron Beis Midrash and spoke at the Kiddush after davening.

The highlight of Shabbos was at noon when he gave a shiur for yeshiva students from all over Modiin Illit.

After the shiur, Hgrb"m said: "Each and every one should accept upon himself to be a 'talmid' - you're the next generation of Klal Yisrael. Kiryat Sefer is the only city which is entirely a yeshiva".
