Shock: Tomb of the girl desecrated and covered trash

The grave of a three year old child desecrated on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem: 3 -year-old Feige Zissel Rosenstock a"h, drowned to death two weeks ago in the bath at her home in the Arzei Habira neighborhood of Jerusalem and was buried in the cemetery on the Mount of Olives.

Dov Fishof and Dr. Paul Rosenstock went to visit the grave of their granddaughter at the end of the shiva, and were shocked to find out that Arabs destroyed the grave and covered it in trash.

Desecration of the grave plot of Feige Rosenstock came after half a year of no desecrated graves on the Mount of Olives because of intense activity of the Committee for the Protection of the Mount of Olives and installing security cameras on the mountain, but still the activity is not enough.

Rabbi Avrohom Lubinsky, chairman says: "While the police has committed to guard the Mount of Olives throughout the day, but it still did not meet its promise and in reality, despite placing security cameras Arabs can still desecrate graves on the Mount of Olives undisturbed. If the cops were there as promised they could avoid appalling desecration of the grave", adding: "We will not stop our operations until the promises of the police and government are carried out on the Mount of Olives so it will benefit from the protection required."

It should be noted that Dr. Rosenstock and Dov Fishof are also members of the International Commission for the Protection of the Mount of Olives, which is leading the effort to safeguard the mountain.

Jerusalem District Police responded on the case that "complaint submitted is investigated and its background checked."
