Rabbi Shmuel Auerbach , said yesterday ( Motzei Shabbos ) , for the first time of the conscription law after approval by Shaked committee, a protest was held at the Tamir Hall in Jerusalem.
His remarks said: "Torah harassment undermines the right of existence and brings serious danger, we must strengthen the Torah with all our strength, not surrender them and we will fight until death.
"I admire the young men who are determined to boldly and without compromise, any right of the state is due to holding the Torah, when the Torah is harassed the state has no right to exist , they will not surrender , we will fight until death."
Until today Hgr"s has not signed a letter of support for the newspaper Hapeles , but now for the first time expressed interest and said : " ' Hapeles ' stands guard over Judaism and the existence of religion, and express things properly , wisely and without harm , we must admit all those who willingly existence of Hapeles ."
Then Rabbi Shmuel Aryeh Levin Rosh Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Argentina spoke and said: "All that Hapeles wishes is total right to exist, and God forbid that we are not against the great men of Israel," he added.
Later Hgrb"s Deutsch spoke: "You cannot join the army and enlisting in it is better to be killed, this opinion is the Torah opinion of Maran Rosh Yeshiva."
