GSS decoded stabbing at Geha

This week on Sunday, a stabbing attack was carried out at Geha Junction area. In the attack an Israeli civilian resident of Bnei Brak was wounded in the stomach, he was seriously wounded, and evacuated to Beilinson Hospital for treatment.

As we published in Behadrey Haredim , shortly after Border Police Force arrested a number of illegal aliens . Later, following intelligence operations of the ISA, located among them the suspect, who admitted carrying out the attack and even repeated it .

Detainee, Walid Ibrahim Fadi AlHuda, 28, originally from Nablus, currently lives in Bir Zeit Ramallah area, active PFLP (PFLP), who worked previously as part PIJ (Palestinian Islamic Jihad) and served time in prison for activities against the IDF forces and conspiracy to commit a suicide bombing in Israel.

During his interrogation, AlHuda said that he had reached the attack area with a taxi from Jerusalem, to which he entered , crossing the fence on dirt in Zaim ( near Mount Scopus ) . He added that he carried out the attack in revenge for the death of Muataz Wasacha from Bir Zeit PFLP activist who was killed on February 27, 2014, during an attempt by SWAT forces to arrest him, after he barricaded himself in his home. Investigation continues.

The attack reflects, once again, the risk posed by illegal's who stay in Israel, and the necessity to close the holes in the fence, used to enter Israel. Event joins a number of events in recent months , including illegal's who were involved in terrorist attacks , such as IED attack bus in Tel Aviv (December 2013) , kidnapping and murder of Israeli soldier Tomer Chazan z"l (September 2013) and the murder of Israeli soldier Eden Atias z"l from Afula ( November 2013 ).
