Rally in London: "decree will also hurt us" • view

Thousands of residents gathered in London this evening (Sunday), at the same hour as the Israel rally for a prayer rally against the mobilization decree, at the Yesodey Hatorah School, in Stamford Hill.

The rally was attended by all the rabbis of all classes and ethnicities and opened by mass Mincha prayer.

Then they recited Tehillim by Rabbi Yosef Binyamin Vosner Rab"d Yetev Lev in Satmar London , and Rabbi Avraham Moskowitz of the Belz community .

Tefillat Kel Melech Rachamim and 13 Middoth was recited by Rabbi Elchanan Halpern Av Beit Din Golders Green and Selichot said by Rabbi Shaya Schlesinger , the son of Rosh Yeshiva of Rama , Kaddish was recited by Rabbi Baruch Leib Rabinowitz of Biala in London.
The main speech was made by Rabbi Moshe Chaim Ephraim Padwa Av Beit Din of London who reminded the duty of everyone to participate with the children of Israel in Israel against conscription law: "We came to protest the decree on our brethren in Israel who sit in our holy land," he said.

Dances were held at the end of the rally and at the end the turbulent crowd dispersed to their home.

One of the participants in the rally said to Behadrey Haredim "it was a special assembly in London has not seen for a long time and we all felt the connection to our brothers in Israel but not only - Assembly signaled that eventually it may reach here."
