Lapid and Bennett closed the criminal sanctions

Shaked surrenders to Lapid: by agreements between Yesh Atid and Habayit Hayehudi approved criminal sanctions if targets are met, after a half a year stay.

Zeev Kam from Ma'ariv reports this morning, that there is a compromise on the layout to significantly promote the coalition agreement around the law equality burden.

According to Zeev Kam, a deal was reached yesterday , touching section of criminal sanctions , and the parties agree that if the Haredim will earmark funding being placed them at the end of the transition period of the law, shall be stay of six months before the criminal sanctions that will be applied according to the entry into force of the Security Service Act .

The compromise is named by MK Amar Bar Lev of the Avodah Party of the Shaked Committee and is obtained as part of the quartet Forum , which members are Shaked, Shelah, Stern and Amar Bar Lev .

During the half year will be examined alternative options to designate compliance recruitment - Amendments to legislation or other means. Then this delay period stated, criminal sanctions will return to yeshiva students who will not be drafted.
