As already published in Behadrey Haredim, after several tragedies which befell the women in the U.S.. Satmar decided to fix new and stricter regulations. The Satmar Rebbe instructed by his son Rabbi Menachem Mendel Teitelbaum, Av Beis Din of Satmar Williamsburg, to appoint a committee to decide how to repair the breach of makeup for unmarried girls which is in contrast to modesty.
Today (Monday), the commission announced the line of strict regulations that girls of any age should not use makeup. Those who do so, will be removed from institutions of the Hasidus.
In a message sent to parents of students in institutions of Beis Rachel Satmar in Israel, the U.S. and Europe, among others stated that "a student who studies at the Satmar institutions, regardless of age, who will smear makeup on the face or lipstick on lips or any other color, will be removed immediately from the institutions.
"The ban also includes makeup for the wedding of a brother or sister, aunt, bar mitzvah or engagement. A student who will pass the regulation will be removed immediately."
