Confusion in the Rebbe's courtyard: The Rebbe refused to go out to the chuppa

Drama in the yard of the Vizhnitz Rebbe in Bnei Brak : Rebbe refused to go out to the chuppa held tonight (Monday) in his yard because of a video camera installed in place .

This evening a wedding took place in the yard of the Rebbe where the Rebbe was honored with the blessings. But the minutes passed and the Rebbe took a long time in coming. Meanwhile everyone sang chuppa melodies.

After twenty minutes the Rebbe's confidant, Shaya Kreuzer came to the baal simcha, and told him: "You can go further with the blessings, but the Rebbe will not come out to say the blessings due to attendance of a photographer and video cameraman."

The baal simcha was upset and went to the Rebbe; he explained that he did not know the sweeping ban and that he will remove the photographers. Rebbe was persuaded and went out to the chuppa.

Two months ago regulations were fixed in Vizhnitz that according to the teaching of the Rebbe a photographer should not be in attendance at the chuppa and that the Rebbe will not participate in that chuppas of those who do not adhere . Outside the Rebbe even posted signs reminiscent of the order.
