Rabbi and commander case: Menashe Arbib resigns

A few hours ago Menashe Arbib 's lawyer announced that he is holding a press conference , Arbib entered surrounded by his lawyers and his media advisers and chose to talk when he is not in the uniform of the Israel Police . The media was called at a very short notice.
Arbib : " I can no longer put up with the conduct of the legal system that I was an integral part of it over the years; A system which hurt my family and me seriously.
"I contacted the Attorney General and the Police Commissioner, to please question me and hear my story. I want to thank the commissioner for backing and support throughout the period.
"I demanded that we initiated the investigation or meet me, about a month I am staying at my house to allow each test."
Arbib also requested: "I look forward to asking the attorney and police commissioner to summon me to play my version, and nothing to do with my retirement. I will find ways to continue to serve the public. "
Attorney Ronel Fisher, representing Ephraim Bracha , said following things that Arbib 's retirement is unfortunate and unnecessary , but it has no connection to Ephraim Bracha in some way. Bracha complains in the case against Rabbi Pinto, and the state will decide whether there are grounds to continue the investigation against Rabbi Pinto after already prepared a draft indictment against him. "What business of Arbib was treated differently, he was still head of the blade today," said Fisher.
Followers of Rabbi say tonight that the rabbi has been viciously corrupt after officers took advantage of the generosity and huge heart , which is open to everyone and are now trying to accuse the great storylines and evade trial.
"On a vertical burning hat, Arbib was trying to get away with a significant criminal record and stay with disciplinary action only.
"Remember whoever said 3 weeks, and repeated it last week, he returns to his position choose to flee rather than face his actions. Arbib heads the Israeli version of the FBI, he decided to resign in order to try and get away."
They add that "to the Attorney General stands a rare opportunity to perform eradication of corruption at the top of the police."
Justice Ministry spokesman said: "Further to its announcement of his retirement was Arbib - this time we are not going to talk about it and right now we will not address questions about continuing to attend to the case or the allegations concerning Rabbi Pinto.
