Opening legal battle? Yeshiva filed a petition

Today (Thursday) a petition was filed by ultra-Orthodox yeshiva to please cancel the interim order issued by the High Court to stop the budgets for boys whose status has not been settled.

The petition filed by the "Knesset Yisrael" Elad , and represented by counsel Simcha Rothman , reasoned that the sessions are a party decision made , because they are the main victims of the decision .

Nevertheless, they were not attached to the Petitioners' petition - Forum Hiddush and their carrying burden. And view of this, although the court itself would have to reject the request.

Recall on Monday, the High Court issued a temporary injunction to halt all budget transfers for students that the defense minister ordered the postponement of recruitment and that this authority is questionable.

As mentioned above, the petition, as respondents were not attached to the yeshivas and many were angry that discussing such crucial Orthodox Judaism did not attend any representative who represented the Orthodox position. Now yeshivas try to make amends filing an urgent request the court to order the cancellation of the previous decision and giving more time to prepare their answers meetings petition.
