Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, met today (Sunday) again with lawyers of Rabbi Yeshayhu Pinto, attorneys Eli Zohar, Roy Blecher and Moshe Mazor.

The meeting lasted for hours, and it dealt mainly an attempt to work out an agreement that would allow prosecution to use the materials received by the rabbi's lawyer - as part of the investigation of allegations of bribe-taking by Commander Menashe Arbib. But this time, the meeting ended without results.

Recall allegedly Arbib received benefits on behalf of Pinto while in the U.S. the role of the police attaché in Washington. Opening of the investigation and use of materials provided by Pinto, contingent upon providing ease indictment pending against Rabbi additional bribery affair which bound his name - to - Ephraim Bracha.

Like last week on Thursday , then met the attorney general, Pinto lawyers and members of the State Attorney's tonight sides failed to reach a final agreement on the issue, making it difficult to move on to the State Attorney's Office investigation , which will include the summoning of Arbib for questioning under caution .

Last week's meeting was held after Weinstein accepted the recommendation of the Police Investigation Unit investigators to open a criminal investigation against Arbib.
