A 3 year old girl from Beitar Illit – arrived this evening (Saturday night) at Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem with her father, after she felt ill, and died.
The little girl lost consciousness and was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital. The hospital staff performed resuscitation. After lengthy efforts, she was declared dead. The background is not clear.
Spokeswoman for Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Shoham Rubio, told Behadrey Haredim that the toddler came to the hospital not breathing and without a pulse: "full and long CPR was performed, but unfortunately there was no response and she was declared dead."
According to sources in Behadrey Haredim, this is a family of Karlin - Stolin living in Beitar Illit, who stayed at the grandfather over Shabbos, in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem.
