Atra pressed for a protest rally - Av Beit Din refused

The graves case at the Golbnzitz compound in Beit Shemesh : Av Beit Din of the Eideh Charedi, refused to support the protest activity of Atra Kadisha , against the work site.

Organization Atra Kadisha manages to convene rallies in the U.S. and Europe through extensive advertising claims of the desecration of graves in the area. But in Israel the Atra Kadisha fails to convene a mass and construction in Beit Shemesh continues.
B'Chadrei Charedim learned that because of this, a meeting was held at the home of Rabbi David Menashe Rothschild, including rabbis of Atra Kadisha, including: the Mishkenot Roim Rebbe, the Kahal Chassidei Yerushalayim Rebbe, Rabbi Chaim Tzvi Teitelbaum of Satmar Hasidic rabbi Jerusalem, Chairman of Atra Kadisha Rabbi David Schmidel and Chezky Kalmanovitz.

Those gathered together decided to initiate a protest rally against the works and after the end of the meeting came to the house of Av Beit Din of the Eideh Charedi Hgri"t Weiss, and asked him to cooperate and call to join the rally.
It was also sought that he would write a letter of protest, and prohibit the purchase of apartments at the site.

But Av refused them: "My opinion is known not to dig there," he said, "but I cannot write or act in a way that will not honor Rav"d Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch."
A senior source told B'Chadrei Charedim: "There is a condition due to pressure exerted even at the moment, will be a small protest but a major rally will not be held.
