Many fantasized that following the decision of the district court to repeat elections in Beit Shemesh - following forgeries which were discovered, in the coming elections also many of the residents identified with the Eideh Charedi circles will go to vote for Mayor Moshe Abutbul, to prevent the secular candidate Eli Cohen to raise to the throne.
But an ad published in recent days by the Eideh Charedi community of Beit Shemesh, devours the cards to some extent. It said that the teaching Gab"d and the Beit Din and community leaders: "We express our protest and reveal that the ultra-Orthodox parties do not represent the faithful Jewish Orthodox, and thousands of ultra-Orthodox Beit Shemesh adhere to Daas Torah, and they and their household members should not participate in the elections for mayor and council."
Drafters of the ad are attacking the ultra-Orthodox parties, which they wrestle in the Zionist court around election fraud. "And with their power are standing with the name of Haredi Judaism and publish statements on behalf of the holy communities".
"They have not left the dastardly antics on the backs of the old settlement," community members complain. "The founders and pillars of the Orthodox community in Beit Shemesh, marching in the tract of their fathers to shun evil and the good of educating their sons and daughters at Torah institutions, Torah-that this is the only guarantee for further generations."
And they conclude with a warning: "instigator and election campaigning we tear: cease from bad. Leave the rocky road before you know only leads to destruction and doom?"
