Leaks from investigation of Stark's murder: not white - silver

Developments in the murder investigation of real estate developer Menachem Stark z"l: As it turns out tonight (Wednesday), the mini-van used by the assassins was a silver Dodge and not white, as previously thought by the police.

So too, in security cameras which the police collected from private homes and traffic lights at key intersections, the silver car is seen in Williamsburg, for two weeks before the murder.

Police sources also leaked that police managed to decipher the license plate of the mini van, which turned out to be from Ohio.

Disappointingly, just down the street from the Stark family, there are almost no security cameras, which impeded the investigation.

Due to the incident, a number of activists banded together and announced a joint operation with security companies which sell security cameras. A special center was established which mediates between potential buyers to companies that sell security cameras at a subsidized price. Security cameras on every street will allow police and Hashomrim organization to capture criminals, they say.

Meanwhile, today the new police chief of New York - Bill Burton, came to console the family and promised to do everything to capture the murderers.

Community activists have expressed dissatisfaction that in contrast with this, the new Mayor Bill De Belsio, had not been heard about the tragedy, despite the fact that he won the elections with the explicit support of all factions of Satmar.
