What is a bonrac? Bnei Brakim confirmed the budget

Bnei Brak Council members approved a budget without checking it. On Sunday City Council met to discuss the Bnei Brak municipality budget approved for 2014, council members were legally received the budget book of one hundred and twenty pages.

But at the council meeting, just before the vote Bnei Torah Party member and head Chaim Ruchamkin noticed that the seven pages of the book are written in gibberish.

Mayor Chanoch Zeibert responded that it was non- significant sections so there is no delay to due to the vote.

Municipal secretary and spokesman Rabbi Avraham Tenenbaum, was surprised and referred the decision to the municipal treasurer. He commented that the book was in the hands of many people for over a week, and it was necessary to get on the mistake earlier, and not at the last minute.

Attorney of the City Council and 22 of the 25 council members voted for the budget, but the opposition plans to check the legality of the vote.
