Last minute: stormy demonstration against the release of terrorists

Dozens of young right-wing activists demonstrating tonight (Sunday) under the Jerusalem Chords Bridge, against the intention to release Palestinian prisoners as part third phase, and called "Jewish blood is not cheap".

These young people in the last hour blocked intersections off Givat Shaul neighborhood of Kiryat Moshe in Jerusalem, in an attempt to set fire to tires in some of the nodes.

On-site police force arrested so far two suspected violations of order and detained them for questioning.

Ministerial Committee has approved the release of prisoners shortly before midnight tonight (Saturday) the release of 26 Palestinian prisoners - jailed in Israel since before the Oslo agreements as part of the peace process with the Palestinians. This is the third group of Palestinian prisoners being released by Israel since renewing direct contact with Palestinians on July 29.

Prime Minister's Office said that the debate stressed the Prime Minister and the ministers that if one of those released will return to terrorist activity will be returned to prison to serve the remainder of the imprisonment.

IPS concentration began to prepare prisoners to be released from the prisons and their transfer towards the expected release Monday night.
