The third time Defense Minister Moshe (Boogie) Ya'alon rejected (Monday) by three months, the recruitment of 1,800 yeshiva students who received an induction to the end of the month.
Defense Ministry explained the rejection by forced recruitment at this time may impede recruitment act cohering political system today.
This rejection is the third number after the rejected conscription of yeshiva in November and in August and discussion will take place this week at the High Court.
Burden Equality Committee headed by MK Ayelet Shaked expected to begin hearings next week on the sections of the Act and on Monday next week is expected to begin to point out the sections.
