Is Satmar Jerusalem built on graves?

Is Kiryat Satmar in Ezrat Torah in Jerusalem, established on graves?

Judging by the words of Rabbi Moshe Zev Zorger, community rabbi and Dayan of the orthodox community in Jerusalem, the answer is definitely positive.

This bombshell was revealed by Rabbi Zorger during an assembly held at the Beit Midrashof the Satmar Rebbe in Williamsburg. Rebbe sided with Atra Kadisha, that there is fear of graves at the compound in Beit Shemesh.

The guest of honor, Rabbi Zorger came from Israel, said among other things when building the Yoel Moshe neighborhood, in Ezrat Torah in Jerusalem a similar concern came up, to the one taking place at the Golobnitz compound.

"Then came Reb David Schmidel," he said, "and after consultations between me and Rabbi David, we continued construction after receiving approval. Clearly, without consultation with Rabbi David Schmidel it would have been forbidden to build, as he is the only expert on the subject of the graves."
Rabbi Zorger compared this to the famous worm's problem existing in New York, a person just does not notice them at all, and only an expert can see and understand what the worms in the water. "So it is with matters of graves," continued Rabbi Zorger, providing evidence: "I was once there, together with Rabbi David. There was a piece of land that looked just like all the others. Rabbi David noticed immediately that it is a tomb, although we did not see anything. He bent towards the ground and blew through his mouth on the ground and we suddenly discovered a skeleton before our eyes. From this I learned that whoever not an expert is, do not know anything about this and cannot confirm any excavation where he had the feeling."
