Kiryat Yearim (Telz Stone) a young yeshiva student, lost consciousness tonight (Sunday) due to hypothermia - frostbite, on Gordon Street in the city. Volunteers Hatzalah volunteers of Telz Stone gave him primary health care.
Young was located in his car near a nursing home in the city. It seems he lost consciousness having spent several hours in his car, at this point he is in serious condition.
Kiryat Yearim - Telz Stone is without electricity since Thursday. Source of the problem is still not found, and that it may be amended only in a few days.
