These last hours (Tuesday) a complaint was filed against Noam Pinhassi resident of Kiryat Yovel in Jerusalem, after he was documented by staff investigative program "system" by Miki Haimovich while performing offenses such as putting up abomination posters forbidden by law in a public space and urban area without being given permission and without paying a fee as required by law.
