Under Security: Toldos Avraham Yitzchak Rebbe at Mount of Olives

Toldos Avraham Yitzchak Rebbe rose today to the grave of his father Rebbe the Divrei Emunah buried on theMount of Olives, on the occasion of the 17th Hilula.

Since it is customary not to visit cemeteries on Chanukkah, the Rebbe went to the grave earlier, along with his followers.

Rebbe visited the Mount of Olives about two months ago on the occasion of his mother's yartzeit. His vehicle, which went along with his brother Rabbi Moshe Kahn, was pelted by a hail of stones. The car was badly damaged and the Rebbe was endangered.

In the past, Kohanim gathered in the courtyard adjacent to the tomb of the Rebbe and the Rebbetzin, but in recent years the way has become dangerous and the Rebbe stopped reaching the scene.

Therefore a special purity trail was made, which the Jerusalem burial society trained by investment of the Association Kohanim Purity and Hagaon Rabbi Moshe Bransdorfer.
However, the pilgrimage was secured by a security company to avoid hostility from the Muslim punks, lurking those attending the Mount of Olives.
