Rabbi Moshe Sternbuch, Rab"d, had reached Yoel Street, adjacent to Mea Shearim, where his grandson's bris was held at the Kiryat Sefer hall.
Entering the hall were waiting for him, a group of fanatics who shouted and attacked him.
Live from eyewitness who was present tells B'Chadrei Charedim what happened: "Fanatics prepared in advance, followed him and knew where Rab"d was going. As soon as he reached the scene, began to scream loudly at him. Among the calls that were made were: "Sternbuch gravedigger", "Go back to Johannesburg" and more.
"The situation is very serious," says Chaim, "attacks against Rab"d is deteriorating. The posters have been absorbed, even graffiti. Hopefully someone at the Eideh Charedi will come to his senses and condemn any attack agaisnt Rab"d".
