Oligarch and Rabbi: economic conflict excites London

Tzvi Hirsh (Gennady) Bogolubov, Ukrainian Jewish tycoon close to Chabad, in a heavy financial conflict which amounts to hundreds of millions of pounds, with none other than a community Rabbi in London, who was his close associate.

Bogolubov, originally from Madniifrofotrovsk, who now lives in London, claimed by Rabbi Yonah Fross. According to him, in 2008, tycoon asked him to search for investment properties in the city. Fross found a suitable area and established a joint venture called Bbay.

Fross claims that along with a third partner purchased for Bogolubov 14 properties across England, but when checked the asset management - revealed that two of them were transferred to the Trust for Boglbov and his family.

He subsequently filed a lawsuit against Bogolubov , so that it will return the assets to the enterprise Bbay , and will pay 20 million pounds.

Associates of Bogolubov claim differently: "These assets are not included under the terms of the agreement and claims will be denied if the proceedings continue."
