Shock in Elad: Who was bugging the mayor's office?

Mayor of Elad Yisrael Porush's personnel, revealed today (Tuesday) camera, eavesdropping and listening, at the mayor's office.

It is still not clear when the systems were installed, by whom, and where they broadcast the information. But what is clear is that materials discussed in the Bureau, leaked out to unknown factors.

City Councilman Shay Nathan said to the B'Chadrei Charedim that following the leaked information, the mayor's office summoned professionals and those discovered a tiny camera and microphone implanted in the chambers.

"I do not know how long it was there, and by whom it was planted. When we suspected we summoned professionals for perfunctory, and we did not think that we'd find. When we found we were all in shock."
Mayor Rabbi Yisrael Porush's office, confirmed the details, and said in response: "Indeed, after suspicion of the presence of bugs and eavesdropping, we carried out tests of professionals whom were summoned at the request of the mayor. Indeed we found listening devices and broadcast at the mayor's office. During these hours we are reviewing options to work with police. We are also checking for how long the devices worked.

"Needless to say that the mayor considers such an act harshly. The Mayor arrived especially due to such conduct, which accompanied the city in recent years. Elad is undergoing proper responsible, legal and fair management,."

Conversation with B'Chadrei Charedim, with Yitzhak Shemer Elad police chief who recently entered the office, he says: "We are not aware of the story, if a complaint is filed the matter is dealt with."
