Re-opening of talks between Iran powers in Geneva, the Iranian authorities organized today (Tuesday), support from the Jewish community.
Dozens of Iranian Jews, some wearing skullcaps demonstrated outside the UN offices in Tehran and expressed support for Iran's nuclear program.
Demonstration attended by hundreds of Iranian non-Jews.
Members of the Jewish community, carrying signs with writing in Persian, English and Hebrew were marked "ruling of the Supreme Leader for the prohibition of the manufacture, production and use of weapons of mass destruction, it is our pride and glory."
Iranian Jewish representative in the parliament also attended the demonstration and expressed support for Iran's nuclear program.
Earlier in the day, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif uploaded a YouTube video in which he speaks in English, explaining the position of Iran for talks. He said that his country will not give up its right to produce nuclear energy.
He stressed that Tehran does not intend to produce nuclear weapons, but is seeking to produce nuclear energy only. He argued that it cannot be that while the biggest critics of Iran possess nuclear weapons, precisely when it comes to this country it is perceived as a threat by many.
