Tragedy in Vizhnitz: Admorim granddaughter died

Tragedy in Vizhnitz and Vizhnitz Monsey: After two days of doctors battling for her life – Chaya Feige Hagar a"h, great granddaughter of Vizhnitz Monsey Rebbe, and wife of Rabbi Yochanan Hagar, grandson of Admorim of Vizhnitz and Vizhnitz Monsey, passed away.

On Motzei Shabbos she gave birth to a daughter, but after the difficult birth – she could not recuperate, and this morning (Tuesday) did not rise from her sleep, and returned her soul to its Creator, at the age of 19.

The deceased is the daughter of Rabbi Yisrael Schneibalg, son in law of Rabbi Pinchas Shalom and eldest son of the Rebbe of Vizhnitz Monsey.

In Kislev last year she married in Monsey to Rabbi Yochanan Hager - son of Rabbi Baruch Shimshon Hager Ab"d Vizhnitz Monsey Beit Shemesh, son of Vizhnitz Monsey Rebbe and the son in law of the Vizhnitzer Rebbe.

The baby girl's condition was originally very difficult, but improved and is now satisfactory.

Funeral was at 11:00 am from Beis Medrash in Vizhnitz Monsey in Borough Park, and from there at 12:15 from the Great Beis Medrash in Monsey. Thousands of devotees participated sore in the funeral.
