A few days ago, the Chief Rabbinate in Jerusalem has received the consumer appeal, which observed that a number of restaurants presented on the site under the supervision of the Jerusalem Rabbinate kashrus, retain the same phone number - but are located at different addresses.

It turned out that all restaurants are associated with each business fact that for reasons of marketing presents himself as the number of restaurants on the website - operated by separate companies. The original business only has one kosher certificate, while other businesses do not exist.

Chief Rabbinate went to the website to check if the site were presented certificates of approval on behalf of the business, and it became clear that the business owner falsified the original certificate received, and stuck it against the law the names of the fictive restaurants. At the end of the inquiry the original certificate was denied from the business owner forger.

Instead, introduced by the business owner supervision body known as the "Home Teaching Yavneel." An investigation conducted by B'Chadrei Charedim indicates that the body is linked to Mhara"s Yavniel kashrus.

"We hereby announce that the aforementioned body is not empowered to issue certificate of approval according to law. The public should be aware and careful", warns the National Training Department of the Chief Rabbinate.
