In the afternoon (Monday), Mekubal Rabbi David Batzri was evacuated to hospital after not feeling well.
Rabbi Batzri, who chairs the Mekubalim yeshiva (Hashalaom), was at the yeshiva on Tachkimoni Street. After feeling severe stomach pain, he called the rescue forces.
Hatzalah-Zaka forces who arrived, gave the rabbi primary care, and he was evacuated by Magen David Adom ambulance to Hadassah Ein Kerem.
The Rabbi's condition is defined mild, and he is going through medical tests at the hospital, hopefully followed by a quick release.
